Top reported weekly tips
Not yet available.
Rankings will compare like-for-like by position — servers with servers, bartenders with bartenders — and only include roles with at least 10 distinct contributors.
How it works
Transparency, built by the people on the floor
01
Search
Look up any restaurant by name or neighborhood and read moderated anonymous employee reviews.
02
Compare
Compare ratings for scheduling, management, tip fairness and more. Aggregated earnings insights will be added only once enough eligible voluntary contributions meet our privacy requirements and the feature is separately approved for release.
03
Contribute
Share your own numbers anonymously to help the next server, bartender, or busser.
Built on transparency
Honest numbers, protected people.
Anonymous contributions
Public reviews show ratings, review text and the month the review was approved. A specific role appears only when at least 3 approved reviews for that restaurant share it; otherwise it reads “Team member”. Account details are never shown.
Earnings verification (planned — coming in a future update)
Not available yet. In a future update, contributors will be able to confirm employment or earnings with redacted documents, and figures will be labeled by verification level.
Employee privacy
If earnings insights are released in the future, pay would appear only as rounded ranges, and only once 10+ eligible contributors and further privacy checks are met. We never ask for SSNs, bank details, or unredacted payroll.
Available now
A directory of Miami restaurants, free accounts, moderated anonymous workplace reviews, and a private earnings tracker that only you can see.
Planned, not yet live
Public earnings insights (only after 10+ eligible contributors and further privacy checks), and employment and earnings verification. Restaurants will never be able to pay to change ratings.
